These Terms and Conditions (Terms) is legal agreement between ‘Rewards Converter Global’ and user or you.

‘User‘ or ‘You‘ means any person who accesses, avails or uses this website or the app of ‘Rewards Converter Global’ for the purpose of transacting, sharing information, displaying information. By accessing the site, app or service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. You hereby represent and warrant to ‘Rewards Converter Global’ that you are at least 13 years old or above. While individuals are under 13 years can avail services with the guidance of their guardians/parents.

‘Rewards Converter Global’ reserve right to change, modify, add, remove portions of these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms. Please check this page periodically for changes. If you do not wish to accept this Terms, please do not use this site and our application.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION

When you access our website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically, and you give your consent to receive communication from us electronically.

LICENSE

General: ‘Rewards Converter Global’ grants you a limited licence to use this website and app for personal use and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent from ‘Rewards Converter Global’.

Restrictions for app:

• You can’t download ‘Rewards Converter Global’ outside of Google Play Store. If you download from the outside of Google Play Store, we will be not responsible for your privacy.
• You can’t modify our application and you will not try to extract the source code of our application.

ACCOUNT OF USER

• User need to have valid email to create an account with ‘Rewards Converter Global'
• Using wrong information for your account, will lead termination or suspension of your account.
• We may ask you to verify your identity to make the platform safe and secure.
• You can open only one account with us. Opening multiple accounts will lead termination or suspension of your account.
• We may use your email or phone number to contact you, sending notifications related transactional.

PAYMENTS, REFUND AND CANCELLATION, PAYOUTS

Payments:

You are required to pay only using your ‘Google Play Store Balance’.

Refund and Cancellation:

We allow refund/cancellation of orders as per user request but user have to ask for refund within 24 hours of Order placed with us.

Payouts:

We currently provide payouts through PayPal and Tether (USD₮ – Binance.com) for users. Payouts may take upto 7 – 14 working days to reach to your account.

CHARGES:

Please note that Google will charge 30% of your total amount as their ‘transaction fee’.

Apart from this we charge 0% – 10% (according to your Packages) of your total amount as our service fee.

So at last, you will receive 50% – 60% (according your Package) of the total amount after all deductions. This charge will directly deduct at the time of your payouts.
